Start Your Weight Loss Journey Right – Another Quick Weight Loss Tip

                Are you about to start one of the greatest journeys in your “unhealthy” lifestyle? Then very good! If you are thinking about losing weight, then that is already a step to your weight loss goal. Losing weight is indeed a very challenging journey to take. You have to go through a lot, before you can taste the sweetness of victory. It helps if you consume good fat burning foods for women. Yet, nothing compares to the fulfillment and joy of weight loss. It is hard to describe the feeling that you can already wear clothes you like, you get envious stares from women, you see the gleam of admiration from men and women alike, and everything else that just happens when you have a perfect body. So here are a few quick weight loss tips to start your journey ahead.
                Have a weight loss goal. Calculate you BMI or also known as your Body Mass Index so you’ll know how many pounds you need to shed off. Once you have your goal, have your mind and soul set to it.
                Have a weight loss journal or diary. No need to make it all fancy and stuff, all you need is just a record of how you are doing, and the plans you intend to do in order to get closer to your goal. Also, you can take a before picture and paste it front of your journal to remind each and every day to stay focused on your goal. One successful story of woman was that she pasted a picture of Guinness’s fattest woman and a picture of herself close to it. That is to remind of her of her weight loss goal every day.  
                Keep a record of what you eat. Write down everything you have eaten for the day. That is for you to keep track of what you have been gulping down. Be specific as you can –that is, you need to make note how many bagels you have consumed, how many ounces of milk you have gulped down, and so on.
                Stay focused and motivated! Always keep your eyes on the prize. Never lose hope. If you are guilty because you have eaten a second bar of Snickers, then, do some exercises to compensate for that. Never get discouraged easily.
                Don’t forget to tap yourself on the back for a job well done. Learning how to get a flat belly is not easy. Reward yourself if you lost a pound or two, or if you were able to make an extra lap of your jogging routine. Buy a flattering shirt, eat a slice of your favorite cake, eat ice cream (but not too much!), or have a massage. Though it may seem little, it helps you stay on track.
