  • Eat Fruits and Vegetables. They say that fruits and vegetables are healthy and have less caloric content. It also contains anti-oxidants, and essential fibers to clean our digestive system. 

  • Exercise. This is indeed needed for our body to be healthy and to rid itself of unwanted toxins. Experts suggest 20-30 minutes of exercise daily for our body to stay fit and healthy.
