After a day, they also found out that the egg group consumed lesser number of calories over the next two days.  So basically, the study suggests and found out that eating eggs for breakfast gives you a feeling of being full for longer periods of time hence, you tend to eat less in your next meals. This is great way to cut calories since you will not feel hungry at all!
                So if you plan to start on an Egg-breakfast diet, just make sure to avoid frying the eggs as much as you can and pair it with whole wheat breads and unsweetened orange juice if you need to lose weight.
