However, additional thorough research is needed to really prove this claim.
Though the relation of weight loss with Apple Cider Vinegar is still vague, its other benefits needs to be recognized as well. ACV is actually very rich in Vitamin C, A, E, B1, B2 and B6. It also contains many minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, and among other substances. Its health benefits include arthritic pain relief, acne and other skin problems, helps in lowering the blood pressure, strengthen bones, and removes toxins in the body.
To use Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight loss, you need to take 2 tablespoons before each meal and combine it with good exercises to lose belly fat. So that's 2 tablespoons, three times a day, before meals. You'd also need to eat moderate meals, avoid hi calorie snacks and wait for the ACV to take effect. Like any acid, it may slowly empty your stomach and blunt the effect of high carb meals on blood sugar. Also include daily exercise as well.
