It only fills your body up with those hundreds of calories but without giving it any nutrients. These are mainly the real culprits of those obese and overweight people in the society. So avoiding these will really help you cut down thousands of calories in about a month. These foods which have loads of empty calories and should be avoided include:
                Candies and jellybeans – these are very high in sugar content and contain about one hundred plus calories in every serving without any nutritional value at all. So the next time you pop that lollipop, think twice before doing so.
                Sodas and soft drinks – this is really the most consumed commodity with the highest amount of empty calories. This is mainly the culprit of those obese people who love to quench their thirst with a can or perhaps cans of sodas. It also does not have any nutritional value at all, and only contains those horrid hundreds of calories. Think a million before quenching your thirst with that Coke.
                Chips and Junk food – also has hundreds of calories but with fewer nutrients in it. Munching on chips while watching your favorite TV show will really make you a total couch potato. Snack on fruits instead, which has the same munching ability, but has zero calories and loads of nutrients.
                Deep Fried Food – anything that is deep fried also contains loads of empty calories and eating it will make it hard to burn belly fat fast. Be creative with your dishes and try steaming, grilling, or baking your food instead. Baked chicken minus the skin is as tasty as the typical fried chicken, perhaps even better.
                Alcohol – should be taken moderately. Abuse, and you shall have the infamous “beer belly” which is the result of all those empty calories.
